So, assuming the government's antipathy towards higher education is motivated by a belief that most of the country is a Reform voter and that universities are a discourse that wouldn't play with that demographic probably tells you a lot about your relationship to government power.

i think we discount how European antipathy and resentment affects the US. having to apologize for our boorish behavior after early enthusiastic support during the WOT is a formative memory for me. it’s literally impossible to explain our excuse this time.
