Gastroscopy MUCH better this time. Great team, solicitous and efficient. God bless Lancaster Royal Infirmary Endoscopy Unit. And my daughter Rose, who wangled a weird way through the hospital backlot with the car. It was like being ushered out of the stage door into a limo, OK yeah I'd had sedation.

AI telephone chat today with an Apple Support agent. She was annoyingly solicitous but I was able to be curt in return, interrupting often to move things along. During a feedback survey I said “5 stars except I would have preferred a human”. Then I paused and added, “no offence”. Damn - fell for it
