I managed to get kitty litter and groceries (fruit, veg, I found a box of popsicle type treats that is not banana flavoured). Got a better fan for my bedroom that oscillates so the airflow around my apartment is better.

So in conclusion, swing votes and protest votes are almost entirely mutually exclusive. If you're a voter who oscillates between the two parties, that's swing voting. If you are not voting for a particular candidate and abstain or refuse to participate, that's a protest vote.

I think what I hate most about my current mental state is how wildly it oscillates.

I'll be at "okay, things aren't great, but I'll make it" for a couple of hours, then a switch flips and I'm crushed by anxiety and guilt.

I can't seem to track anything that influences it.
