In case anyone wanted a follow-up: Knee is still completely fk’d so I bit the bullet and started the tortuous and expensive medical journey toward eventual diagnosis and treatment. Doc suspects torn meniscus, which would suck bc apparently the treatment is surgery :( send healing vibes, friends
