You could easily apply the lessons of an ossified community of wikipedians to loud mouth Firefox users, or the fediverse’s HOA.

A weird side effect of film and TV switching to Sora for all their visuals will be that it'll permanently ossify the set of images in circulation in our media. The LLMs will be resampling Morpheus offering the two pills and Gatsby toasting himself and Padme realizing Anakin's intentions forever.

Is transport facing a jobs apocalypse?

Maybe.

But I doubt it.

We shouldn’t be preparing for a life of leisure but we do need to retool our sector to be more adaptable to change.

New jobs will replace old, if we get this right.

Get it wrong and we’ll ossify as the world changes around us.
